RichMindset is a personal finance tracking tool that allows you to store and manage your expense data in a Google Sheets file within your own Google Drive. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account. You are also solely responsible for the accuracy and management of the financial data you enter into your spreadsheet using the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
You expressly understand and agree that the developers of RichMindset shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
